Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Estampa Aqui. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using our website and for buying the products we print. By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.

Estampa Aqui is a custom apparel store based in São Paulo, Brazil. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Estampa Aqui, and "you" means anyone who uses the site or places an order. How we handle personal data is explained separately in our Privacy Policy.

You can browse the catalog without an account, but you need one to place orders, save designs and see your order history. When you sign up, please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. If you believe someone else has accessed it, change your password and contact us straight away. We may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

Prices are shown in Brazilian reais (R$) and include the printing described on each product page. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy the selected products. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email after your payment is approved. We accept Pix, credit card and boleto; payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never store your full card details.

If a product becomes unavailable or a price was displayed incorrectly, we will contact you before going ahead. You can then change your order or cancel it for a full refund.

When you upload artwork or add text to a product, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You keep ownership of your designs and allow us to reproduce them only as needed to preview, print and deliver your order.

We may decline to print designs that are offensive, discriminatory or unlawful, or that appear to use trademarks, characters or photographs without permission. If we decline an order for this reason, we will refund any amount you have paid.

The designs in our pre-made library, our logo and the content of this website belong to Estampa Aqui or its licensors. You may have library designs printed on products you buy from us, but you may not copy, distribute or resell them separately.

We ship to addresses throughout Brazil, and each order goes into production once payment is confirmed. The production and delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with demand and carrier schedules.

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking link. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, we will help you arrange redelivery, which may involve an additional shipping cost.

Because each item is printed especially for you, please check your design, size and color carefully before confirming your order. You can cancel free of charge until your order enters production.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will reprint the item or refund you, as you prefer.

Nothing in this section limits the rights you have under Brazilian consumer protection law.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the printed result, and small variations in print placement are a normal part of the printing process.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add new services or when the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.

Changes apply to orders placed after the new version is published. If we make significant changes, we will let account holders know by email or with a notice on the site.
